【摘要】:ThispartofISO12967specifiesthefundamentalcharacteristicsoftheinformationmodeltobeimplementedbyaspecificarchitecturallayer(i.e.themiddleware)oftheinformationsystemtoprovideacomprehensiveandintegratedstorageofthecommonenterprisedataandtosupportthefundamentalbusinessprocessesofthehealthcareorganization,asdefinedinISO12967-1.Theinformationmodelisspecifiedwithoutanyexplicitorimplicitassumptiononthephysicaltechnologies,toolsorsolutionstobeadoptedforitsphysicalimplementationinthevarioustargetscenarios.Thespecificationisneverthelessformal,completeandnon-ambiguousenoughtoallowimplementerstoderiveanefficientdesignofthesysteminthespecifictechnologicalenvironmentthatwillbeselectedforthephysicalimplementation.Thisspecificationdoesnotaimatrepresentingafixed,complete,specificationofallpossibledatathatcanbenecessaryforanyrequirementofanyhealthcareenterprise.Itspecifiesonlyasetofcharacteristics,intermsofoverallorganizationandindividualinformationobjects,identifiedasfundamentalandcommontoallhealthcareorganizations,andthatissatisfiedbytheinformationmodelimplementedbythemiddleware.PreservingconsistencywiththeprovisionsofthispartofISO12967,physicalimplementationsallowextensionstothestandardinformationmodelinordertosupportadditionalandlocalrequirements.Extensionsincludeboththedefinitionofadditionalattributesintheobjectsofthestandardmodel,andtheimplementationofentirelynewobjects.Alsothisstandardspecificationisextensibleovertimeaccordingtotheevolutionoftheapplicablestandardizationinitiatives.ThespecificationofextensionsiscarriedoutaccordingtothemethodologydefinedinISO12967-1:2009,Clause7,“Methodologyforextensions”.
