【摘要】:TheBWC,asdeterminedbythistestmethod,isameasureoftheabilityofanactivatedcarbontoadsorbanddesorbbutanefromdryairunderspecifiedconditions.Itisusefulforqualitycontrolandevaluationofgranularactivatedcarbonsthatareusedinapplicationswheretheadsorptionofbutaneanddesorptionwithdryairareofinterest.TheBWCcanalsoprovidearelativemeasureoftheeffectivenessofthetestedactivatedcarbonsonotheradsorbates.Thebutaneactivityandretentivitycanalsobedeterminedundertheconditionsofthetest.Thebutaneactivityisanindicationofthemicroporevolumeoftheactivatedcarbonsample.Thebutaneretentivityisanindicationoftheporestructureoftheactivatedcarbonsample.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofthebutaneworkingcapacity(BWC)ofnewgranularactivatedcarbon.TheBWCisdefinedasthedifferencebetweenthebutaneadsorbedatsaturationandthebutaneretainedperunitvolumeofcarbonafteraspecifiedpurge.Thetestmethodalsoproducesabutaneactivityvaluethatisdefinedasthetotalamountofbutaneadsorbedonthecarbonsampleandisexpressedasamassofbutaneperunitweightorvolumeofcarbon.1.2Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblems,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Foraspecifichazardstatement,see7.1.

本标准适用于在额定电压1kV～330kV的工频交流电力系统中使用的便携式验电器。适用于与被测部件相接触的电容型验电器，不适用于感应型非接触式验电器。
