【摘要】:1.1Thisguidedescribesanapproachfordemonstratingthequalityofanalyticalchemicalmeasurementresultsfromtheapplicationofameasurementsystem(thatis,methodorsequenceofmethods)totheanalysisofenvironmentalsamplesofsoil,water,air,orwaste.Thepurposeofsuchmeasurementscanincludedemonstratingcompliancewitharegulatorylimit,determiningwhetherasiteiscontaminatedabovesomespecifiedlevel,ordeterminingtreatmentprocessefficacy.1.2Thisguidedescribesaprocedurethatcanbeusedtoassessameasurementsystemusedtogenerateanalyticalresultsforaspecificpurpose.Usersandreviewersoftheanalyticalresultscandetermine,withaknownlevelofconfidence,iftheymeetthequalityrequirementsandaresuitablefortheintendeduse.1.3Thisprotocoldoesnotaddressthegeneralcomponentsoflaboratoryqualitysystemsnecessarytoensuretheoverallqualityoflaboratoryoperations.Forsuchsystems,theuserisreferredtoInternationalStandardsOrganization(ISO)Standard17025ortheNationalEnvironmentalLaboratoryAccreditationConference(NELAC)laboratoryaccreditationstandards.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatoryrequirementspriortouse.
