【摘要】:Thistestmethodisintendedtomeasurevolatileextractablesthatmaybeemittedfromamicrowavesusceptormaterialduringuse.Itmaybeausefulproceduretoassistinminimizingtheamountofvolatileextractableseitherthroughsusceptordesignormanufacturingprocesses.ModificationofthisprocedurebyutilizingappropriatequalitativeGCdetectionsuchasamassspectrometerinplaceoftheflameionizationdetectormayprovideidentificationofvolatileextractablesofunknownidentity.1.1Thistestmethodcoverscompletemicrowavesusceptors.1.2Thistestmethodcoversaprocedureforquantitatingvolatilecompoundswhoseidentityhasbeenestablishedandwhichareevolvedwhenamicrowavesusceptorsampleistestedundersimulateduseconditions.1.3Thistestmethodwascollaborativelyevaluatedwithavarietyofvolatilecompounds(seestatisticalevaluation).Forcompoundsotherthanthoseevaluated,theanalystshoulddeterminethesensitivityandreproducibilityofthemethodbycarryingoutappropriatespikeandrecoverystudies.TheanalystisreferredtoPracticeE260forguidance.1.4Forpurposesofverifyingtheidentityoforidentifyingunknownvolatilecompounds,theanalystisencouragedtoincorporatetechniquessuchasgaschromatography/massspectroscopy,gaschromatography/infraredspectroscopy,orothertechniquesinconjunctionwiththistestmethod.1.5Asensitivitylevelofapproximately0.025x03BC;g/in.isachievableforthecompoundsstudiedinTable1.Whereothercompoundsarebeingquantitatedanduncertaintyexistsovermethodsensitivity,theanalystisreferredtoPracticeE260forproceduresondeterminingsensitivityofchromatographicmethods.1.6ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.7Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Specificsafetyhazardswarningsaregivenin10.2,11.1,and11.6.TABLE1AnalyteRecoveryWithoutMicrowavingCompound(n)ARecoveryMean,%WithinLaboratoryVariability,%OverallVariability,%Note(s)BBenzene
