【摘要】:1ThisdocumentestablishestherequirementthatASN.1shallbethenormalsyntaxnotationtobeusedinStandardsintheTICSSector,andtoprovideacommonmessageformforsuchASN.1baseddataelements,suchthatreferencetotherelevantTICSISOStandardmaybeachieved.ThisStandardprovidesguidanceastotheusageofASN.1withintheTICSSector,andmakesprovisionforotherextantStandardisedsyntaxnotations(suchasEDIFACT).2Thisdocumentisdesignedtoprovidean'enabling'structureforuseintheTICS/RTTTsector.ItenablesusersofASN.1structurestoreferencespecificStandardswhereinspecificdatamessages(andtheirsyntaxnotation)aredetermined.TheuseofaStandardformofnotationisdesignedtoallowinteroperabilitybetweendifferentcommercialsystems,andtoallowmigrationofdatatoothersystems,andtolatergenerationsofsystems.3ThisstandardnotationprovidesmethodsofidentificationoftherelevantStandardinwhichaTICSmessage,expressedinASN.1notation,isdescribed,andtherebyenablesunderstandingandinterpretationofthemessage.4Visionstatement.ThisdocumentenvisionsalowoverheadandminimummaintenancemeansofidentifyingtheStandardofallASN.1messagestructuresinaninteroperableenvironmentwithintheTfCSSector.5Missionstatement.ThisdocumentistoprovideguidancetoidentifytherelevantStandardwhereinaparticularASN.1messagemaybeunderstoodandused.6ThisdocumentisproceduralinnatureaffectingdatapresentationinASN.1.Assuchitisconcernedonlywithdataarchitecture,andthewholecontentofthedocumentfallsintothiscategory.Considerationofotherarchitecturalaspectsassuch,arethereforenotappropriateinthisdocument.7Specificimplementationrequirements,otherthanthosedeterminedinthesyntaxnotationsidentifiedabove,arebeyondthescopeofthisdocument.Thisdocumentalsoprovidesameanswhereparticularsectorrequirements,orexistentStandards,thatrequireparticularmessageformsthathavetraditionallybeenexpressedinothernotations(e.g.EDIFACT),maybereferenced,withthepurposeofactualusagefromaTICSSectorapplication.Thusitpresentsanunambiguoussystemforidentifyingallthedifferentdatatypesthat,insuchawaythatitmayeasilybeinterpretedto/fromothernotationswhereappropriate.
