【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestwomethodsforthedeterminationofashfromrawrubbers,compoundedrubbersandvulcanizates.Themethodsareapplicabletoraw,compoundedorvulcanizedrubbersoftheM,N,O,RandUfamiliesdescribedinISO1629,exceptthat:—MethodAshallnotbeusedforthedeterminationofashfromcompoundedorvulcanizedrubberscontainingchlorine,bromineoriodine.—MethodBshallbeusedforcompoundedorvulcanizedrubberscontainingchlorine,bromineoriodine.Itshallnotbeusedforuncompoundedrubbers.—Lithiumandfluorinecompoundsmayreactwithsilicacruciblestoformvolatilecompounds,givinglowashresults.Platinumcruciblesshallthereforebeusedforashingfluorine-containingandlithium-polymerizedrubbers.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotcovertheinterpretationoftheashresultsastotheinorganicchemicalcontentofacompoundorvulcanizate.Thisistheresponsibilityoftheanalyst,whohastobeawareofthebehaviourofrubberadditivesatelevatedtemperatures.Thetwomethodsofashingdonotgiveidenticalresultsinallcases,anditisnecessarytostateinthetestreportthemethodofashingemployed.
